Abstract
In order to improve the shooting stability of the wheeled assault gun,a multi-target optimisation method for the shooting stability of a wheeled assault guns is proposed.Using the method of joint simulation of dynamic software and mathematical software,the structural parameters of the chassis are optimized and designed based on a genetic algorithm.A virtual prototype model of the wheeled assault gun is developed and experimentally verified.Through optimal Latin hypercube test design,a back propagation(BP)neural network proxy model and multi-objective optimization model of the wheeled assault gun vehicle are established.The BP neural network and non-dominated sorted genetic algorithm-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)are used to optimize the longitudinal runout displacement of the chassis and the elevation angle displacement of the vehicle body under shooting.After optimization,the maximum longitudinal runout displacement of the front point of the vehicle body is reduced by 8.40%,and the maximum elevation angle displacement is reduced by 15.81%.The optimization effect is remarkable,which proves that the optimization method has certain reference value for improving the shooting stability of wheeled assault guns.关键词
