乔会侠运用三仁汤异病同治验案三则
Three case reports of Qiao Huixia applying Sanren Decoction to treat different diseases with the same method
摘要
Abstract
Sanren Decoction originated from Wu Jutong's Treatise on Warm Diseases in the Qing Dynasty.It is a classic prescription for treating the initial stage of damp-warm disease and damp-heat syndrome with summer heat.The essence of its formula lies in promoting the Qi movement of the upper,middle and lower Sanjiao and eliminating damp-heat and turbid pathogens.Based on the theory of"treating different diseases with the same method"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this article analyzes three verified cases of modern digestive system diseases treated by Qiao Huixia,the chief Physician,with the same core pathogenesis of"damp-heat obstructing the Sanjiao and Qi stagnation"treated by modified Sanren Decoction.Although the locations and main symptoms of the three cases are different,they all adhere to the core pathogenesis of"damp-heat accumulation and Qi stagnation in the Sanjiao"and are treated with precise modifications of Sanren Decoction as the basic formula,achieving remarkable therapeutic effects.The case analysis shows that deeply understanding the formula's principle of"promoting Qi movement in the Sanjiao and eliminating damp-heat"and flexibly modifying it based on the common core pathogenesis of"damp-heat obstructing the Sanjiao"is an effective way to expand its application in treating modern digestive system damp-heat syndrome clusters.This fully demonstrates the essence of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,provides a reference for clinical expansion and application of Sanren Decoction.关键词
