从针灸临证视角切入的中医诸气贯通考探及验案举隅
Discussion and guiding cases of the theory of Qi interconnection in traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion

Abstract
The basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine clearly defines the categories of Ying-nutrient Qi,Wei-defensive Qi,Zong-pectoral Qi,and Yuan-original Qi,and correspondingly discusses the categories of various Qi.How the connection and interaction between Ying and Wei are achieved in acupuncture tonifying and reducing,and even the correlation,connectivity,and systematicity of the underlying layers of Ying-nutrient Qi,Wei-defensive Qi,Zong-pectoral Qi,and Yuan-original Qi need to be explored.In the mutual learning of traditional Chinese medicine and military science,this study explores the organic integration of defense and attack,nourishment and utilization,and protection and operation of Ying-nutrient Qi and Wei-defensive Qi.Based on the research,the phenomenon of"umbrella and shield"of Wei-defensive Qi and the distinction between Ying-nutrient Qi and blood are obtained,elucidating the principles of Shen Mai,Zhao Hai regulating sleep,and acupuncture for tonifying and reducing"taking Qi from Wei-defensive Qi,and placing Qi from Ying-nutrient Qi".Tracing back the dual circulation of Qi and blood promoted by Zong-pectoral Qi from the perspective of Ying-nutrient Qi and Wei-defensive Qi,as well as its"headquarters"nature,and further tracing back to the Yuan-primordial(ancestor)Qi of"human origin"from Zong-pectoral Qi,the clinical case analyzes the establishment of the two"seas"of Qi above and below the human body,initially exploring the interconnected system of Ying-nutrient Qi,Wei-defensive Qi,Zong-pectoral Qi,and Yuan-original Qi,and touching the"original"level of life such as"Qi exchange"and"harmony of heaven and earth".The clinical case initially illustrates clinical validation cases guided by this theoretical framework,to provide a reference perspective for relevant academic research and practice of Chinese medicine and acupuncture and moxibustion.关键词
