"君火之下,阴精承之"理论在儿童生长发育迟缓的临床应用
The clinical application of the theory of"under the sovereign fire,the Yin essence supports it"in children's growth retardation
摘要
Abstract
Growth and development retardation in children involves multiple dimensions such as physical growth,motor skills,language,intelligence and sexual development.Director Lv Ying believes that children with growth and development retardation have insufficient primordial Qi,and"the sovereign fire is not clear"is a core pathogenesis of such children.In clinical practice,it is necessary to correctly understand the profound connotation of"under the sovereign fire,Yin essence supports it",and be aware that the insufficiency of the primordial Qi of the Kan trigram,deficiency of Yin essence and excessive movement of the ministerial fire are the main causes of the sovereign fire not being clear.In clinical practice,through different combinations of drugs such as Rehmannia glutinosa,Poria cocos,Cuscuta chinensis,Schisandra chinensis,Prunus mume and Gypsum,and through therapeutic methods such as thickening the earth to suppress fire,guiding fire back to its origin and dispersing depressed fire,the state of"the sovereign fire is clear"can be restored,the original energy can be enhanced,and the positive development of growth and development in such children can be promoted.关键词
