Improvement Method for Grid-Connected Stability of Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Based on VSG Control

Abstract
In order to solve the voltage fluctuation problem caused by PV grid-connection,this paper proposes a combined grid-connection scheme of PV power generation system and energy storage and adopts the virtual synchronous generator(VSG)control technology to provide the necessary damping and inertia for the grid,and enhance the grid's ability to resist disturbances.By comparing the impacts of PV systems with different grid-connected capacities and locations under the four control methods,the significant impacts of grid-connected location and capacity on power quality are revealed,and it points out that the photovoltaic-storage-cooperative VSG control grid-connection method has more advantages in terms of enhancing the voltage of distribution network nodes and reducing the harmonic distortion rate of grid-connected currents.Experiments show that the proposed method achieves 1.29%voltage enhancement and reduces the harmonic distortion rate to 1.11%at the same capacity compared with the traditional grid-connection method.This paper provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the wide application of photovoltaic power generation and the stable operation of the power grid in the future.关键词
