Risk Assessment of Power Transmission and Transformation Operation and Maintenance Based on G1-EWM Cloud Model

Abstract
In order to scientifically evaluate the risk level and improve the safety of power transmission and transformation operation and maintenance,a power transmission and transformation operation and maintenance risk assessment model based on the G1-EWM cloud model is proposed.Firstly,by consulting relevant literature and combining with the actual situation of transmission and transformation operation and maintenance,this paper establishes a risk assessment index system for power transmission and transformation operation and maintenance with 4 primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators.Secondly,the order relationship method(G1)and entropy weight method(EWM)are introduced to calculate the subjective and objective weights,respectively.Based on game theory,combined weights are calculated,and cloud models are used to evaluate the risk level of transmission and transformation operation and maintenance.Finally,taking the power transmission and transformation operation and maintenance of a certain power company as an example,the risk assessment model is validated,and the risk assessment results are compared with the other two evaluation methods.The results show that the risk assessment results obtained by the model are consistent with the field research situation,and the model has strong objectivity and practicality.关键词
