从点到面:"十五五"时期安宁疗护服务广覆盖的实践路径

Abstract
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China conducted an in-depth analysis of the international and domestic situation and proposed to"enhance efforts in ensuring and improving people's livelihood,thereby solidly promoting the common prosperity of the entire population"in the context of formulating recommendations of the"15th Five-Year Plan"for national economic and social development.It specifically mentioned the need to promote the high-quality development of the population during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period and to establish a comprehensive population service system covering the entire population and the entire life cycle,thereby setting forth the direction and objectives for the high-quality development of China's population.The new forms of population dividends,low fertility rates,and aging populations,which are emerging trends in population dynamics,are intertwined and collectively influence the high-quality development of the China's population.In the light of this,Population and Economics has specially invited prominent demographic experts to engage in academic discussions on the high-quality development of population during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period.These discussions will focus on analyzing the new forms of population dividends and their potential for stimulation and release,the improvement of support systems for childbirth,and the practical approaches for achieving widespread coverage of palliative care,with the aim of providing theoretical guidance for achieving the high-quality development of the China's population and thus facilitating the smooth implementation of Chinese-style modernization.关键词
