摘要

Abstract

Achievements have been made in higher education evaluation practices,yet challenges persist,with some areas still facing dilemmas.This situation exists in part because of insufficient recognition of the logical prerequisite of"evaluability".Drawing upon the analytical framework of educational language philosophy,this paper examines the effectiveness of evaluation activities,defines the linguistic boundaries and conditions of"evaluability",and reveals that it deeply embeds within specific"language games"and"life forms".It argues that"evaluability"is the logical precondition for higher education evaluation,and"high-quality"is"vector"with direction and magnitude.From the perspective of vector,higher education quality assurance should pursue the approach to integrate"evaluability monitor"with"non-evaluative development".
