Construction of Learning Effectiveness Evaluation Model for Higher Vocational-Undergraduate Education Based on Grounded Theory
摘要
Abstract
Based on the grounded theory,this paper collects data from teachers and students of Shanghai's higher vocational-undergraduate education through semi-structured interviews,and uses three-level coding to construct a learning effectiveness evaluation system.Research has found that learning effectiveness is the result of the dynamic interaction of three-dimensional system including subject,resource and process.The subject system covers academic achievement,psychological adaptation,and career development.The resource system includes input resources,hardware facilities,teaching staff,and information support.The process system involves teaching activities,innovative abilities cultivation,and guiding development.The study reveals the collaborative mechanism of the three major systems and proposes suggestions such as strengthening resource support,improving process collaboration,optimizing subject evaluation,and building dynamic closed loops.关键词
