"跨境/在地"视域下我国高等教育国际化评价指标现状及审思
Current Status and Reflection on Evaluation Indexes of China Higher Education Internationalization from Cross-border/At-home Perspective
摘要
Abstract
The coding analysis of China's existing index system shows that the current system has achieved full coverage of the two types of internationalization.The observation points of"internationalization at home"are relatively diverse and rich,with distinct local characteristics.However,the trend observation point regarding the application of information and communication technology(ICT)is still absent.Compared with the theoretical index system,the practical index system does not pay sufficient attention to"internationalization at home".It is suggested to strengthen the orientation regarding"internationalization at home"in the practical index system,attach importance to guiding the application of ICT in the practice of"internationalization at home",and continue to encourage theoretical exploration of the indexes of local higher education internationalization.关键词
