摘要

Abstract

Using"boundary-breaking"and"integration"as analytical framework,this paper systematically reviews international experiences and trends of professional doctoral education,highlighting that breaking through disciplinary,power,and institutional boundaries,and promoting the integration of diverse evaluation pathways have become key directions for enhancing the quality of talent development.Countries such as the United States,the United Kingdom,and Australia have established practice-oriented professional doctoral training modes through policy guidance,institutional innovation,and deep industry engagement,providing valuable references for China.Based on China's context,the paper proposes a four-pronged reform approach,i.e.,clarifying the evaluation orientation that balances academic and practical capabilities,constructing a multidimensional evaluation indicator system,improving a full-process quality assurance mechanism,and exploring a work-learning evaluation mode with Chinese characteristics.
