Abstract
China has introduced the Action Plan for Revitalizing County-level Senior High Schools.The revitalization is crucial for providing quality high school education for 60%of China's regular senior high school students.This article points out that the evaluation system focusing solely on university enrollment rates has resulted in the phenomenon of"super high schools"and"county high schools collapse".For revitalizing county-level senior high schools,we shall strengthen the provincial-level coordination in curbing inter-county competition for university enrollment,as well as changing the enrollment-oriented resource allocation mode.Furthermore,we shall promote process evaluation system reform so as to change the enrollment-oriented education evaluation system.关键词
