针灸调控线粒体功能治疗膝骨关节炎机制的研究进展
Research Progress on the Mechanism of Acupuncture Regulation of Mitochondrial Function in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a chronic joint disease that commonly affects middle-aged and elderly people.The accelerating aging of modern societies coupled with the growing severity of obesity issues have jointly driven up the incidence of KOA,creating a significant socioeconomic burden.The pathogenesis of KOA is not completely clear at present,but previous studies have found that mitochondrial dysfunction is an important factor leading to the onset of KOA.Mitochondrial quality control(MQC)can maintain the stability of mitochondrial morphology,number,and quality by regulating mitochondrial biogenesis processes,autophagy function,and redox pathways.Multiple studies have shown that acupuncture has made some progress in intervening in MQC.However,there is still a lack of systematic reviews on the regulation of MQC by acupuncture to intervene in KOA at present.To this end,this paper focuses on three core aspects of MQC-biogenesis,autophagy,and oxidative stress-to systematically review relevant research progress on acupuncture intervention for KOA.It aims to establish a robust and reliable theoretical foundation for the clinical application of acupuncture in the prevention and treatment of this condition.关键词
