张仁针刺治疗难治性腰椎间盘突出症临床经验
Clinical Experience of Zhang Ren's Acupuncture Treatment for Refractory Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Abstract
This article summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Zhang Ren in treating refractory lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with acupuncture based on the method of removing blood stasis and tonifying deficiency.Professor Zhang holds that the pathogenesis of this disease is characterized by kidney deficiency as the root cause and blood stasis obstruction as the superficial symptom.He advocates combining disease differentiation with meridian differentiation,and emphasizes equal importance of removing blood stasis and tonifying deficiency in clinical treatment.In terms of acupoint selection,he has established the"three-level acupoint compatibility"approach,which divides acupoints into three layers:basic acupoints,main acupoints,and auxiliary acupoints,achieving simultaneous treatment of both the root cause and superficial symptoms.In needling techniques,he focuses on qi arrival(deqi)and the dose-effect relationship,and is skilled in applying pricking blood therapy combined with cupping to enhance the effects of unblocking collaterals and resolving blood stasis.Additionally,he emphasizes early treatment to prevent disease progression and regular treatment to avoid recurrence.This paper provides a valuable reference for the clinical management of refractory lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.关键词
