我国高校教师评价的现实问题及对策探讨
Issues and Reform Paths for Faculty Evaluation in Chinese Universities
摘要
Abstract
Faculty evaluation is a crucial issue in the management of higher education institutions.It directly affects teachers'career advancement,bonus distribution,and closely relates to teachers'interests.But,there are some problems in faculty evaluation in current China,such as administrative dominance in evaluation entities,excessive quantification in methodology,imbalanced evaluation dimensions,and materialized use of results.It proposes a framework centered on fostering virtue and cultivating talents,urging a shift from quantitative metrics to teaching quality and a balance between research and teaching.The study advocates integrating formative and long-cycle evaluation approaches and implementing multidimensional,multi-agent,and classified evaluation.关键词
