Evaluation and Cultivation of Evidence-based Teaching Ability of Normal Students Supported by Digital Intelligence Technology
摘要
Abstract
Evidence-based teaching emphasizes the organic integration of teacher experience and teaching evidence,advocating for teaching decisions and practices based on scientific evidence.To enhance the evidence-based teaching ability of normal students in the digital era,this study analyzes the connotation and representation of their evidence-based teaching ability from the perspective of the coupling between digital intelligence technology and evidence-based teaching.From the standpoint of educational evaluation,it proposes a cultivation path for evidence-based teaching ability supported by digital intelligence technology from three dimensions:the cultivation of evidence-based teaching concepts,evidence-based practice training,and the creation of evidence-based environments.Moreover,it elaborates on the critical role of digital intelligence technology in monitoring the developmental process and evaluating the effectiveness of evidence-based teaching ability of normal students.关键词
