针灸治疗帕金森病的文献计量及可视化分析
Bibliometric and Visual Analysis of Acupuncture for Parkinson's Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective This study aims to elucidate the current status and evolving trends in the field of acupuncture research for Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods A comprehensive computer-based search was conducted on CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and Web of Science Core Collection databases for literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for PD from their inception up to June 2025.CiteSpace software was utilized for bibliometric analysis,including co-occurrence analysis and knowledge mapping of authors,institutions,countries,keywords,and co-cited references.Results A total of 886 Chinese and 296 English articles were included in the analysis.The annual publication output for both Chinese and English literature has shown a continuous increase.China and Hubei University of Chinese Medicine were identified as the most productive country and institution in this field,respectively.Several stable research communities have formed.Ma Jun and Park Hi Joon were the most prolific authors in Chinese and English literature,respectively,with other prominent authors including Lisa M.Shulman and Sujung Yeo.High-frequency keywords in Chinese literature included Parkinson's disease,electroacupuncture,acupuncture,acupoint,review,constipation,and scalp acupuncture.High-frequency keywords in English literature included Parkinson's disease,acupuncture,stimulation,substantia nigra,motor,and non-motor symptoms,forming distinct clusters,respectively.Burst terms identified included acupuncture,randomized controlled trial,prevalence,non-motor symptoms and so on.Conclusion This study summarizes the current status and trends in acupuncture research for PD,offering valuable insights for acupuncture researchers to identify potential collaborators,collaborating institutions,hot topics,and cutting-edge research frontiers.关键词
