摘要

Abstract

"Breaking the five-only criteria"policy drives systematic transformation in university research evaluation systems.Key shifts include prioritizing quality over quantity,expanding evaluation objects to non-traditional outputs and interdisciplinary studies,and adopting qualitative reviews,classified evaluation and dynamic tracking.Current barriers involve deficient tools for diverse outputs,insufficient objectivity in qualitative appraisal,operational complexity in classified frameworks,weak foundations for dynamic tracking.Therefore,this paper proposes optimization paths such as cultivating value-driven research culture,establishing adaptive classified frameworks,developing AI-powered evaluation systems,and implementing collaborative governance mechanisms,in order to construct sustainable research evaluation ecosystems.
