探讨"肥甘病"作为2型糖尿病中医病名的临床意义
To explore clinical significance of"Feigan Disease"as a traditional Chinese medicine disease name of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Feigan Disease is the concise and comprehensive summary of the Inner Canon of Huangdi.This disease name re-establishes the understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment principles and methods of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It points out the direction of prevention and control of T2DM by TCM.It is more consistent with the current T2DM phenotype and highlights the important role of glucose and lipid metabolism disorders in the occurrence and development of T2DM.In terms of nomenclature,Feigan Disease also complies with the naming requirements of diseases in TCM and is more vivid in expression.关键词
