摘要

Abstract

Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a chronic neurodegenerative disorder characterized neuropathologically by progressive cognitive decline,mitochondrial dysfunction,and abnormal protein deposition.Recent research has identified defective mitophagy as a key link in the pathological progression of AD.Acupuncture has significant efficacy in improving cognitive function in AD.However,the precise mechanisms by which acupuncture exerts its neuroprotective effects through the regulation of mitophagy remain unclear.This article aims to systematically analyze,based on the latest research,the multifaceted mechanisms through which acupuncture influences mitochondrial function repair,activation of mitophagy pathways,improvement of energy metabolism,and inhibition of neuronal apoptosis.By integrating findings from animal models and experimental data,it explores the potential mechanisms by which acupuncture regulates mitophagy to prevent and treat AD.This analysis aims to provide novel insights for further systematic and in-depth investigation into the mechanisms of acupuncture treatment for AD.
