基于血清P物质探讨针灸治疗颈椎病的作用机制
Exploring the Mechanism of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Cervical Spondylosis Based on Serum Substance P

Abstract
Serum substance P plays an important role in the pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis.Serum substance P is a neuropeptide that participates in various pathological processes such as neuroinflammation and pain transmission.Some studies have found that the therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylosis is closely related to serum substance P.Acupuncture can reduce neurogenic inflammatory reaction,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and participate in analgesia by regulating the content of serum substance P.Based on the summary of serum substance P,this paper discusses the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,strengthens the understanding of serum substance P,and provides new ideas for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.关键词
