摘要
Abstract
To elucidate the technical logic and practical trajectory of the intelligent,green transformation of the hoisting-and-material-handling-equipment industry under new quality productive forces,to disentangle the core bottlenecks constraining industrial upgrading,and to orient both high-quality development and scholarly inquiry,a systematic research was undertaken that centers on the foundational technologies driving equipment modernization.A technical architecture,encompassing intelligent perception and control,green energy-saving,and automation-plus-coordination technologies,was first erected.The integrative efficacy of these technologies was then quantitatively appraised through empirical data drawn from benchmark enterprises.The findings demonstrate that the deep convergence of pivotal technologies,such as digital twins,edge AI,lightweight materials,and energy recuperation,has yielded a step-change in the working efficiency,energy-consumption governance,and safety signature of hoisting equipment.A multidimensional technology review,grounded in empirical data,furnishes both a theoretical basis and a pragmatic benchmark for charting the industry's technology integration pathway,codifying standards,and orchestrating policy deployment.关键词
