Long-term care insurance pilot program in Xuzhou:current status,issues and reflections
摘要
Abstract
Based on the practical experience of Xuzhou city in coverage scope,financing mechanisms,disability assessment,and benefit models,this study conducted an in-depth analysis of current challenges,including single financing channels,insufficient coverage for dementia patients,and weak supervision of designated institutions.To enhance the sustainability of long-term care insurance,recommendations were proposed:strengthening the assessment mechanism for disability and dementia while expanding coverage scope;optimizing financing policies to establish a diversified funding model;improving the supervision system to enhance service quality in designated institutions;and intensifying policy promotion to increase public participation.These measures aimed to provide practical references for other regions.关键词
