Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative blood glucose levels and complication rates in patients with diabetic cataract.Methods:242 patients with diabetic cataract were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 121 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received targeted comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to routine care.The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative blood glucose control rate in the observation group(84.30%)was higher than that in the control group(73.60%),the complication rate(4.1%)was lower than that in the control group(19.0%),and the satisfaction rate(96.69%)was higher than that in the control group(73.55%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with diabetic cataract helps stabilize patients' blood glucose levels,reduces the incidence of postoperative complications,and improves patient satisfaction.关键词
