超声引导下犬主动脉瓣反流模型的构建
Establishment of a canine aortic regurgitation model under ultrasound guidance

Abstract
Objective To develop a minimally invasive,simple,and effective animal model of aortic regurgitation in dogs.Methods Ten Beagle dogs weighing 10-15 kg and aged 2.5-3.8 years were used to establish the model.The left common carotid artery was iso-lated and punctured with a cannula under sterile conditions.An appropriately sized arterial sheath was inserted according to the carotid artery diameter.Under ultrasound guidance,a guidewire was advanced into the ascending aorta,the arterial sheath was delivered over the wire to the aortic annulus,and a custom-made steel wire was introduced through the sheath.The tip of the steel wire was placed in the non-coronary sinus.The wire was pushed forward,passed through the valve and repeatedly pulled back.Transthoracic echocardio-graphy was used to evaluate the aortic valve regurgitation.Results Varying diameters of guidewires and different numbers of transval-vular penetrations successfully induced different severity of aortic valve regurgitation in dogs.Of the 10 dogs,two dogs developed mild aortic regurgitation assessed by echocardiography,four dogs developed moderate aortic regurgitation,and four dogs developed severe aortic regurgitation.Conclusion The ultrasound-guided carotid artery intervention can successfully induce the aortic regurgitation model in dogs.This method is feasibile,safe,repeatable,and practical for future experimental and interventional studies.关键词
