针刺督脉穴为主对卒中患者康复动机的影响
Effects of acupuncture at Governor Vessel acupoints on stroke patients'rehabilitation motivation

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture mainly at the Governor Vessel(GV)acupoints Baihui(GV20),Shenting(GV24),and Fengfu(GV16)on rehabilitation motivation and serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels in stroke patients.Method Seventy stroke patients were randomly divided into an observation group(35 cases,with 3 dropouts,32 completed)and a control group(35 cases,with 2 dropouts,33 completed).The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received acupuncture mainly at GV acupoints of Baihui,Shenting,and Fengfu in addition to routine rehabilitation training.The changes in the stroke rehabilitation motivation scale(SRMS),apathy evaluation scale-clinic version(AES-C),modified Barthel index(MBI),and serum BDNF levels were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Result After treatment,SRMS amotivation scores and AES-C scores in both groups were lower than before treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group showed lower SRMS amotivation and AES-C scores than the control group(P＜0.05).MBI scores as well as SRMS external motivation and internal motivation scores in both groups increased compared with before treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group had higher MBI scores and SRMS external and internal motivation scores than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum BDNF levels increased in both groups(P＜0.05),and the observation group showed higher levels than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture mainly at GV acupoints can effectively enhance rehabilitation motivation,improve apathy,and increase activities of daily living in stroke patients,and this effect may be related to elevated serum BDNF levels.关键词
