Abstract
This paper focuses on an aromatic hydrocarbon complex unit at a petrochemical company,addressing the issue of high energy consumption during operation by proposing a series of optimization measures.Through the modification of the heat medium water system,surplus steam is utilized to increase the temperature of the heat medium water,thereby augmenting waste heat power generation;the optimization of fractionation tower operations reduces the reflux ratio,cutting down fuel gas consumption;the improvement of adsorption tower flushing methods enhances the single-pass yield of paraxylene(PX)to 97.01%;the adjustment of product tower operational parameters increases PX production;the reduction of the excess air coefficient in heating furnaces improves thermal efficiency;and the optimization of desalinated water consumption eliminates overflow phenomena.The research results indicate that the aforementioned optimization measures have reduced the unit's comprehensive energy consumption by 1.18 kg·OE/t PX,increased annual economic benefits by 7.4 million yuan,and decreased carbon dioxide emissions by 54 000 tons per year.The findings of this study provide a practical and feasible technical pathway for energy conservation and consumption reduction in aromatic hydrocarbon complex units,offering valuable insights for enhancing the competitiveness of domestic aromatic hydrocarbon technology.关键词
