利用Neo4j创建知识图谱探析名老中医临证之路
Mapping the clinical methodology of venerable TCM masters using Neo4j knowledge graphs

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical methodology and experiential knowledge of venerable TCM masters through knowledge graph technology,providing structured learning pathways,methodologies,and reference texts for con-temporary medical students.Methods:Utilizing autobiographical accounts from 26 modern TCM masters documented in The Path of Venerable TCM Masters:Volume I,we constructed dual-layer knowledge graphs(data schema and logical structure)via Neo4j graph database.The system simulates human cognitive learning patterns through Cypher query lan-guage implementations.Results:A comprehensive knowledge graph of"clinical methodology pathways"was established,comprising 409 entities and 381 relationships across five core domains:textual chapters,master practitioners,apprentice-ship patterns,canonical text research,clinical methodologies,and academic publications.Query functions effectively re-trieved required knowledge components.Analysis revealed that venerable masters' clinical pathways originated from men-torship,featured intensive research on canonical texts,developed unique clinical learning methodologies,and culminated in specialized expertise with prolific academic output.Conclusion:Knowledge graph technology effectively systematizes and visualizes the clinical wisdom of venerable TCM masters,offering contemporary learners evidence-based references for TCM education.关键词
