基于数据挖掘及网络药理学的《圣济总录》治疗脾瘅的用药规律及作用机制
Exploration of medication patterns and mechanisms for spleen heat treatment in Shengji Zonglu through data mining and network pharmacology

Abstract
Objective:To summarize medication patterns and explore mechanisms of Shengji Zonglu formulations for spleen heat.Methods:SPSS Statistics and SPSS Modeler software analyzed 11 spleen heat formulas from Shengji Zonglu,identifying core prescriptions.Active components and targets were retrieved via TCMSP and PharmMapper databases,while disease targets were sourced from GenCard and OMIM.Protein-protein interaction(PPI)networks and herb-component-target-disease networks were constructed using STRING and Cytoscape 3.10.2.GO functional and KEGG pathway enrich-ment analyses were performed via DAVID.Results:Shengji Zonglu addresses spleen heat characterized primarily by vexing heat and thirst.Herbs exhibit predominantly cold or neutral properties;sweet,bitter,or pungent flavors;and lung,stom-ach,or spleen meridian tropism,with heat-clearing as the principal therapeutic action.The core prescription comprises Shigao,Danzhuye,Gancao,Baishao,and Xijiao.Key active components include quercetin,naringenin,isorhamnetin,and arginine.Critical targets involve TP53,Akt1,and STAT3.Major pathways encompass FoxO,PI3K-Akt,and MAPK signaling.Conclusion:Shengji Zonglu treats spleen heat primarily through heat-clearing mechanisms,with core prescrip-tions exerting synergistic effects via multi-component,multi-target,multi-pathway regulation.关键词
