磁圆梅针联合"清心益脑"针法干预卒中后抑郁34例
Magnetic round plum needle combined with"clearing heart and benefiting brain"acupuncture for 34 cases of post-stroke depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the magnetic round plum needle combined with the"clearing heart and benefiting brain"acupuncture method in treating post-stroke depression(PSD)and provide new therapeutic in-sights.Methods:Sixty-eight PSD patients meeting inclusion criteria were enrolled from October 2023 to March 2024 in the Second Department of Encephalopathy at Shanxi Acupuncture Hospital.They were randomized into control(n=34)and treatment(n=34)groups.Both groups received internal cerebrovascular treatments and rehabilitation training.The control group received oral sertraline hydrochloride tablets(50 mg/d,once daily).The treatment group received combined inter-ventions:(1)magnetic round plum needle stimulation along the Governor Vessel(GV),Jiaji points(EX-B2),and the Bladder Meridian;(2)"clearing heart and benefiting brain"acupuncture,selecting Baihui(GV20)-Shuigou(GV26)and Shanzhong(CV17)-Neiguan(PC6)as primary points,with Tongli(HT5)-Dazhong(KI4),Laogong(PC8)-Zusanli(ST36),and Guanyuan(CV4)-Qihai(CV6)as adjunct points,administered once daily,six times weekly.Both groups were treated for two weeks.Changes in Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores and clinical efficacy were compared pre-and post-treatment.Results:Compared with pre-treatment,both groups showed reduced HAMD and NIHSS scores(both P<0.01).Post-treatment,the treatment group exhibited lower HAMD and NIHSS scores,and the total effective rate(91.17%)was higher than that of the control group(82.35%),with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combined approach demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in PSD treatment,regulating mood,alleviating depressive symptoms,reducing neurological deficits,and accelerating rehabilitation.关键词
