Abstract
This paper proposes a VIKOR multi-attribute decision-making method based on the improved score function,ex-act function,and distance measure for multi-attribute decision-making problems under Pythagorean probability hesitant fuzzy en-vironment.Firstly,in response to the shortcomings of existing formulas when analyzing the equivalent Pythagorean probability hes-itant fuzzy elements,an improved score function,exact function,and distance measure are proposed,and their basic properties are verified through typical examples and theoretical proof.Secondly,the group utility value,individual regret value,and compromise value are calculated based on the improved functions and measurement formulas,and a new Pythagorean probability hesitant fuzzy VIKOR multi-attribute decision-making method is proposed.Finally,the example analysis confirms the effectiveness of the pro-posed method.The results show that this method improves existing formulas,avoids the problem of artificially adding elements that affect decision results,and extends the VIKOR multi-attribute decision-making method to the Pythagorean probability hesitant fuzzy environment,considering the distance between the solution and the ideal solution from multiple perspectives,making the de-cision results more credible and realistic.关键词
