中国都市圈人口集聚水平测度与动因分析
Level Measurement and Motivations Analysis of Population Agglomeration in China's Metropolitan Area

Abstract
Based on the data of the seven major metropolitan areas officially approved by the National Development and Re-form Commission of China from 2010 to 2020,this paper constructs a population agglomeration index to measure the population agglomeration level of the seven major metropolitan areas,uses the Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method,Kernel density estimation and Markov chain model to analyze the dynamic evolution characteristics of different metropolitan areas,ap-pliesαconvergence model and β convergence model to analyze its convergence characteristics,and discusses the motivations of population agglomeration.The results go as below:(1)The overall difference in population agglomeration in the seven major metro-politan areas shows a rising trend in fluctuations.The main source of the overall difference is inter-regional differences,followed by hyper-variable density and intra-regional differences.(2)The population agglomeration level of the seven major metropolitan areas continued to increase from 2010 to 2019 and then declined slightly in 2020.The differences in the internal population ag-glomeration levels of different metropolitan areas are not obvious,and there is no obvious polarization.(3)There are no obvi-ousαconvergence characteristics,absolute β convergence characteristics,and conditional β convergence characteristics in the seven major metropolitan areas,and they all have significant divergence characteristics.The gap in population agglomeration lev-els continues to widen.(4)The regression results of population agglomeration motivations show that per capita disposable income of urban residents has a significant negative impact on population agglomeration,while the level of economic development,educa-tion level,public consumption expenditure,and natural comfort have a significant positive impact on population agglomeration.关键词
