自制紫草抑菌膏对Ⅱ度烧伤小鼠胶原沉积及伤口愈合的影响
Effect of self-made Arnebia euchroma antibacterial ointment on collagen deposition and wound healing in mice with second degree burn

Abstract
In order to observe the effect of Arnebia euchroma antibacterial ointment on the healing of skin wounds on the back of II degree burn mice and verify its efficacy,27(8-week-old)Kunming mice were used in the experiment.A second-degree burn model was established by scalding the back skin at 100℃for 5 seconds using a digital electronically controlled scald instrument.After 15 days of culture,the mice were divided into three groups:blank control group,therapeutic effect control group(a certain burn and scald ointment is available on the market)and drug treatment group(Arnebia euchroma antibacterial ointment group).Every other day,the skin samples of the back of the mice were taken on the 3rd,9th and 13th days for Sirius red staining,Masson staining and immunofluorescence staining to observe the changes of type I and type III collagen content,total collagen content and hyaluronic acid content.Results showed that the content of type I collagen in the shikonin antibacterial ointment group decreased with time,and the content of type III collagen was higher than that in the blank control group and the therapeutic effect control group.On the 3rd,9th and 13th day,the total collagen content of the drug treatment group was higher than that of the blank control group and the therapeutic effect control group.The average fluorescence intensity of CD44 showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing in the three groups,and the average fluorescence intensity of drug treatment group was higher than that of blank control group and therapeutic effect control group on the 3rd,9th and 13th day.It shows that drug treatment group can promote the increase of hyaluronic acid,and then promote the proliferation,differentiation and migration of basal layer cells,and accelerate the healing of burn skin.It can also promote the deposition of type III collagen in the basal layer,increase the proportion of type III collagen,reduce scar tissue,and its efficacy is better than that of therapeutic effect control group.关键词
