细菌素与抗生素对金葡菌致小鼠炎症模型的治疗比较
A therapeutic study of bacteriocins in a mouse model of inflammation caused by Staphylococcus aureus

Abstract
Bacteriocin is a small molecule produced by certain bacteria that exhibits antibacterial activity.Unlike traditional antibiotics,bacteriocin can directly disrupt the cell wall of pathogenic bacteria or inhibit their growth and metabolism,thereby achieving antibacterial effects.In this study,we established a mouse model of inflammation induced by Staphylococcus aureus to compare the therapeutic effects of bacteriocin(NISIN)and antibiotics(gentamicin sulfate),The mice were euthanized via cervical dislocation and the liver was aseptically dissected for pathological tissue sectioning and observation.Additionally,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels in the homogenate of mouse liver tissues were analyzed using enzyme-linked immunoassay.The results indicated that both bacteriocin and antibiotic treatments influenced TNF-α level in the livers of mice infected with Staphylococcus aureus,with no significant difference observed between the two groups as determined by one-way ANOVA(P>0.05).Studies demonstrated that both NISIN(50 mg/mL)and gentamicin sulfate(64 μg/mL)could mitigate pathological damage to liver tissue and modulate the levels of the inflammatory factor TNF-α in mice with Staphylococcus aureus infection,showing comparable efficacy in treating such infections.关键词
