中医综合外治法联合Schroth训练法治疗轻度青少年脊柱侧弯的临床观察
Clinical observation of comprehensive external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Schroth training in the treatment of mild adolescent scoliosis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Schroth training in the treatment of mild adolescent scoliosis.Methods From June 2022 to December 2023,40 patients with mild adolescent scoliosis who visited the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Adolescent Scoliosis Clinic,Maternity and Child Care Center of Dezhou were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group by lottery,with 20 cases in each group.The control group only adopted the Schroth training method,while the treatment group,on the basis of the Schroth training method,adopted the comprehensive external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effect,changes in the Cobb angle and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Cobb angle of both groups decreased,and the Cobb angle of the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment process.Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Schroth training in the treatment of mild adolescent scoliosis is relatively good,which can increase the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the Cobb angle,which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
