电针结合中药穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症肝肾亏虚型临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with Chinese herbal acupoint application in treating lumbar disc herniation(LDH)of the liver-kidney deficiency type.Methods:Seventy patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups received electroacupuncture treatment,and the observation group additionally received acupoint application with Chinese herbs.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was lower,while the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score was higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with Chinese herbal acupoint application is effective and safe in treating lumbar disc herniation.关键词
