半夏芩术汤加减配合牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病痰湿阻络证临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Banxia Qinzhu Decoction combined with traction in treating Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis.Methods:A total of 114 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 57 cases in each group.Both groups received traction therapy,and the experimental group additionally received treatment with Modified Banxia Qinzhu Decoction.Results:After treatment,the scores of the Cervical Spondylosis Clinical Assessment Scale(CASCS)and the Evaluation Scale for Cervical Vertigo Symptoms and Functional Status(ESCV)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was also higher in the experimental group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Self-rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS)and the Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS-8)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Banxia Qinzhu Decoction combined with traction shows good efficacy and safety in treating Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis with the type of phlegm-dampness obstructing the collaterals.关键词
