Application effect of core muscle strength training in children with motor development delay of Down syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of core muscle strength training in children with motor development delay of Down syndrome.Methods Fifty children with motor development delay of Down syndrome who received rehabilitation treatment in Shantou Welfare Institute and Guangzhou Social Welfare Institute Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while the experimental group adopted core muscle strength training on the basis of the control group.The assessment situations of the Gesell developmental scale and gross motor function measure(GMFM-88)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total percentage of GMFM-88 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the assessment of gross motor skills,language skills,personal-social skills and total developmental quotient of Gesell developmental scale were all better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Core muscle strength training has a good application effect in children with motor development delay of Down syndrome,which can improve motor function and promote neural development,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
