Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of modified Yinchenhao Decoction for internal use combined with Tuihuang Decoction for external washing in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 86 neonates with jaundice who were treated in Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected.They were divided into the conventional group(43 cases)and the study group(43 cases)according to the random number table method.The conventional group received conventional treatment,while the study group received modified Yinchenhao Decoction for internal use combined with Tuihuang Decoction for external washing on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects,serum bilirubin level,and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment and 1,2 days of treatment,there was no significant difference in serum bilirubin level between the two groups(P>0.05).The serum bilirubin level of the study group at 3,4,and 5 days of treatment was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Yinchenhao Decoction for internal use combined with Tuihuang Decoction for external washing has a better effect in treating neonates with jaundice,which can promote the recovery of neonates and is worthy of promotion.关键词
