孕妇唐氏筛查指标与不良妊娠结局的相关性
Correlation between maternal Down's screening indicators and adverse pregnancy outcomes

Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between Down's screening indicators and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 6356 pregnant women who underwent Down's screening in Dongguan Tungwah Hospital from May 2018 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected.According to the pregnancy outcome,they were divided into the adverse pregnancy outcome group(253 cases)and the non-adverse pregnancy outcome group(6103 cases).The differences of weight in the second trimester of pregnancy and Down's screening indicators between the two groups were compared.The correlation between the related indicators and adverse pregnancy outcomes was analyzed.Results The alpha-fetoprotein MoM of the adverse pregnancy outcome group was higher than that of the non-adverse pregnancy outcome group,and the weight in the second trimester and pregnancy associated plasma protein-A MoM were lower than those of the non-adverse pregnancy outcome group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in β-human chorionic gonadotropin MoM and uneonjugated estriol MoM between the two groups(P>0.05).The alpha-fetoprotein MoM was positively correlated with adverse pregnancy outcomes(r=0.306,P<0.05).Conclusion The alpha-fetoprotein MoM may be associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes.关键词
