双侧髂内动脉球囊阻断术在凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产术中的应用效果
Application effect of bilateral internal iliac artery balloon occlusion in cesarean section for pernicious placenta previa
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of bilateral internal iliac artery balloon occlusion in cesarean section of pernicious placenta previa.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with dangerous placenta previa who underwent cesarean section in Heyuan People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different hemostatic surgery methods,they were divided into two groups.The control group(30 cases)received cervical pulling suture combined with intrauterine balloon placement,and the observation group(30 cases)received bilateral internal iliac artery balloon occlusion.The perioperative indicators(intraoperative blood loss,blood transfusion volume,hysterectomy rate,the incidence of transfer to intensive care unit and length of hospital stay),neonatal 1 minute Apgar score and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The perioperative indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The neonatal 1 minute Apgar score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bilateral internal iliac artery balloon occlusion in cesarean section of pernicious placenta previa is helpful to improve neonatal Apgar score,reduce the rate of hysterectomy,the incidence of transfer to intensive care unit and the risk of postoperative complications,and shorten the length of hospital stay.关键词
