乳腺癌患者术后自我护理能力的影响因素分析
Analysis of influencing factors of postoperative self-care ability of patients with breast cancer

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of postoperative self-care ability of patients with breast cancer,so as to provide theoretical basis for formulating targeted intervention strategies.Methods A total of 200 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery in Xiangshan First People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research objects.The data were collected using the exercise of self-care agency scale,social support rating scale,self-rating depression scale,and general information survey questionnaire,and the influencing factors of postoperative self-care ability of patients with breast cancer were analyzed.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that age,education level,marital status,family monthly income,social support level,depression level,postoperative complications,pathological staging,surgical methods,and molecular typing were related to the postoperative self-care ability of patients with breast cancer(P<0.05).The result of the multivariate analysis showed that education level(β=0.321,P<0.001),social support level(β=0.289,P<0.001),depression level(β=-0.256,P<0.001),and postoperative complications(β=-0.213,P=0.002)were independent factors affecting the postoperative self-care ability of patients with breast cancer.Conclusion The postoperative self-care ability of patients with breast cancer is influenced by multiple factors.The personalized intervention plans should be developed for patients with lower education level,insufficient social support,depression,and postoperative complications to enhance their self-care abilities.关键词
