Expert consensus on acupuncture treatment for cancer-related anorexia(2025 edition)
摘要
Abstract
Cancer-related anorexia has a high incidence among patients with advanced tumors,seriously affecting their nutritional status,survival time,and quality of life.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine,especially acupuncture therapy,has been widely used in improving appetite loss in tumor patients.However,most relevant clinical studies have problems such as small sample size,single-center design,and low research quality,with inconsistent outcome indicators and conclusions.Based on evidence-based medicine methods,this consensus systematically integrates clinical evidence of various acupuncture interventions,forms recommendations for cancer-related anorexia,provides references for clinical decision-making,promotes the standardized application of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of cancer-related anorexia,thereby improving the quality of life of patients with malignant tumors and ensuring the smooth implementation of the treatment process.关键词
