Abstract
Against the backdrop of the global energy transition and the"dual carbon"goals,biomass-derived green methanol technology has emerged as a critical pathway for replacing fossil fuels due to its carbon-neutral characteristics.However,existing processes face challenges such as high energy consumption and low waste heat utilization,hindering their large-scale application.This study investigates a 100,000-ton-per-year green methanol project,proposing a systematic energy integration optimization scheme to enhance energy efficiency through multi-module coordination.The full biomass-to-methanol process is established based on entrained-flow gasification technology.Key innovations include designing a"waste heat boiler+condensing steam turbine"system to recover sensible heat from 1 000℃syngas,employing a JJD water-tube reactor and an isothermal shift converter to capture reaction heat from methanol synthesis and water-gas shift processes respectively,introducing an ammonia-water absorption refrigeration system to supply cooling for syngas purification,and implementing thermal coupling between a double-effect distillation column and the syngas purification unit for cascaded energy utilization.Finally,by optimized energy flow matching,the total thermal energy and 82%of the plant's electricity demand can be self-sufficient.This integrated solution significantly improves both the energy efficiency and economic viability of biomass-to-methanol systems,providing critical technical support for the industrial-scale promotion of green methanol.关键词
