Research on the Impact of Financial Technology on the Mismatch of Investment and Financing Terms for Enterprises:Based on the Perspective of Financing Constraints and Supply Chain Concentration

Abstract
Based on the data of A-share listed enterprises from 2011 to 2023,this study employs the benchmark re-gression model and mediating effect model to explore the impact of financial technology on the mismatch of invest-ment and financing terms for enterprises,thereby providing theoretical support for practical practices.The findings reveal that financial technology can significantly inhibit the mismatch of investment and financing terms for enterpri-ses;financing constraints and supply chain concentration play a partial mediating role;enterprises in eastern China and mature-stage enterprises are most significantly affected in terms of enterprise distribution and enterprise life cy-cle.Accordingly,it is necessary to promote strategic integration and differentiated policies at the enterprise level,im-plement regional adaptation and full-cycle coordination at the government level,and deepen scenario innovation and precision services at the financial institution level.关键词
