摘要
Abstract
From the U.S.sanctions on Chinese tech companies in 2018 to the Trump administration's re-ciprocal tariffs in 2025,the U.S.is trying to suppress China's economy again through tariffs.This article deeply analyzes the generation logic of the United States,which uses tariffs as a weapon to form a secure structural power through financial structure,production structure and knowledge structure,and thereby maintains its hege-monic position based on trade power.However,the internal contradictions of this structural power system have been accumulated,and have the tendency of self-elimination.This approach of maintaining hegemony through tariff politics not only fails to curb China's development,but also triggers systemic risks in the United States and globally.Based on this,China's strategic response plan to break through the structural constraints is proposedat the end of the paper.关键词
