Research on the Development of New Quality Productivity Driven by Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Industry
摘要
Abstract
Based on the panel data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing listed enterprises from 2015 to 2023,the two-way fixed effect model,intermediary model and structural equation model were used to analyze the mechanism of the digital transformation of manufacturing industry on new quality productiv-ity.It is found that the digital transformation of manufacturing industry can significantly promote the develop-ment of new quality productivity,and this conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests such as PSM matching.Organizational change,technological innovation and resource allocation all play a mediating role be-tween digital transformation and new quality productivity,among which resource allocation has a masking effect.The new quality productivity improvement of state-owned enterprises and technology-intensive enter-prises benefits more directly from digital transformation.Suggestions are put forward to cultivate new quality productivity and promote the digital transformation of enterprises.关键词
