Abstract
Based on the panel data of 114 resource-based cities in China from 2011 to 2022,the devel-opment levels of green total factor productivity and new quality productivity were calculated respectively using the super-efficiency SBM model and the entropy method.Then,relevant econometric models were employed to explore the impact of new quality productivity on the green development of resource-based cities.The results show that the new quality productivity can effectively promote the green development of resource-based cit-ies.The new quality productivity can promote the green development of resource-based cities by promoting the high level of industrial structure.Economic resilience has played a positive regulatory role in this.The im-pact of new quality productivity on the green development of mature and regenerative cities is significantly posi-tive,but not significant for growing and declining cities.It is positively significant for the resource-based cities in the western and eastern regions,but not significant for the resource-based cities in the central and north-eastern regions.It is proposed to improve the development level of new quality productivity of resource-based cities,actively adjust the industrial structure,enhance the resilience of urban economy,adopt differentiated de-velopment strategies according to different types and different regions of resource-based cities,and promote the green development of resource-based cities.关键词
