Engels's Thought of Residential Justice and Its Contemporary Enlightenment
摘要
Abstract
"Residence"serves as the ontological support for"real people"to dwell in the objective mate-rial world.It not only concerns the space's acceptance of the human body,but also points to the emotional home and spiritual destination of people,highlighting their value pursuit and essential strength.Residential justice is one of the long-term just visions pursued by human society and is directly related to the most fundamental liv-ing space of human beings.Regarded as"the last literal container of Marxism",On the Housing Problem is En-gels's classic text to examine the development of capitalist society with"housing"as the object.Engels pro-foundly criticized the reactionary ideas of the Plutonists and the bourgeoisie by deconstructing their"eternal fairness"principle,and then multi-dimensionally expounded the intrinsic meaning of"housing",revealing the solutions to the housing problem and the realization path of housing justice.Engels' scientific analysis of the housing issue and the issue of housing justice from an overall,specific and dialectical perspective is an exten-sion of the interpretation of historical materialism from the temporal dimension of social history to the spatial di-mension.It not only enhances the spatial openness of historical materialism,but also provides methodological guidance for contemporary society to correctly view housing justice.关键词
