云南绿色电力发展水平测度与产业绿色转型升级
Measurement of Green Electricity Development and Industrial Green Transformation in Yunnan Province

Abstract
Based on panel data from 16 prefectures(cities)in Yunnan Province(2012-2022),green elec-tricity development levels were measured,and their impact mechanisms on industrial green transformation were em-pirically analyzed.The results demonstrate that green electricity development exerts significant positive impacts on industrial transformation,accompanied by pronounced spatial agglomeration effects;technological investments in the new power system construction significantly drive such transformation;technological lock-in effects arising from Yunnan's comparatively low industrial and economic structure suppress the additional impetus of human capital to-ward green industrial transition.Policy recommendations emphasize enhanced spatial coordination between electricity infrastructure and industrial development,establishment of synergy mechanisms linking distributed renewable energy to industrial parks,and deepened green electricity-industry integration via institutional innovation and targe-ted technological advancement—thereby offering a reference for advancing high-quality integrated development of'green electricity+industry'in Yunnan Province.关键词
